How Tomove works
We believe finding the right service should be straightforward.
1. Search and discover
Choose a category, explore listings and find properties, boats, experiences or services that match your requirements.
2. Connect directly
Message the host, owner, operator or service provider to ask questions, check availability and clarify the details before you commit.
3. Request to book
For stays, charters and experiences, send a booking request through Tomove. The host reviews it and accepts or declines, and each confirmed booking gets its own booking reference. For services, long-term rentals and crew positions, you agree everything directly with the person who posted the advert.
4. Agree directly with the provider
Your booking agreement is made directly between you and the host or provider. For stays and charters, you both sign a digital rental agreement on Tomove before any payment is taken. Tomove provides the marketplace and the tools, but is not a party to your agreement.
5. Pay the host directly
You pay the host or provider directly, in line with the payment terms shown for your booking. Tomove does not collect or hold booking funds.
6. Manage cancellations and refunds directly
Each host sets their own cancellation policy, shown on their listing, and handles any refunds in line with that policy and applicable law. Read the policy and ask the host any questions before you book.

Unlike booking arrangements in which a platform collects and distributes payments, Tomove does not collect or hold booking funds. Guests pay their chosen hosts or providers directly, and the booking contract exists between those parties.
This approach gives hosts greater control over their booking terms and payment arrangements, while letting guests communicate directly with the people responsible for their accommodation, charter, experience or service.

Are responsible for their listings, the services they offer, their agreements with guests, their payment terms, and handling cancellations and refunds in line with their policies and applicable law.
Guests
Are responsible for reviewing listing details, booking terms, payment instructions and cancellation policies, and for paying the relevant host or provider directly.
All parties remain subject to any mandatory legal obligations that apply to their arrangements.

Pay As You Go
No monthly fee. A small service charge is deducted from each payment as bookings come in. Available for stays, charters and experiences.
Monthly Membership
A monthly subscription with no per-booking charge, for hosts of stays and charters who prefer predictable costs and want extras such as direct payment options and channel manager connections.
Free Classifieds
Services, long-term rentals and crew jobs are free classifieds. Post your advert at no cost and let interested people contact you directly.
